- Quickly and securely. If you want to apply for a loan via our website, you must be registered and logged in. If you have not yet registered on our site, just click on "Nýskrá" and fill in your details. Then simply log in by clicking on "Innskrá", choose the amount of your loan and the repayment due date, agree to the contractual documentation and press "Senda umsókn".

If you want to get a loan for 10,000, having 30 days until maturity: 10000 30
If you want to get a loan for 20,000, having 15 days until maturity: 20000 15

What happens when I do not pay an instalment on time?
If you have defaulted already or you already know that you will not be able to make your loan payment on time, please contact our customer service team at 557-1909 to work out a resolution for your situation. If you do not pay your instalment on time and do not contact us to work out a resolution of your situation, you will be charged fees for default pursuant to the credit agreement and the Commercial Terms and Conditions.
I am behind with my loan payments, can I get additional loan?
Unfortunately, no. If you are late in paying off an existing loan, we cannot provide you with a new one.
Today is the due date for my loan. Can I extend the period for repaying it by a week?
Unfortunately, no. Our company does not offer the option of extending the period until loan maturity. The loan must be paid by the due date at the latest. However if you have specific reasons why you cannot pay, please contact our customer team at 557-1909.
I do not have sufficient credit on my phone and I cannot send SMS to request a loan. What should I do?
You can easily apply for a loan on our website as well.
How do I repay my loan?
You will receive an invoice in your online banking, where all necessary details will be specified, and you can pay it off any time, but you must pay it off by the due date at the latest.
When I have made a payment, will I get a text message from you?
Within 15 minutes of receipt of your payment, you will receive a text message confirming that your loan payment has been made.
If I register on your website, do I have to borrow?
No, you can register with us even without getting a loan. If you are interested in a loan, you can apply for one at any time in the future.
Can I get more than one loan at once?
Yes, this is possible, if you do not mind authorisation of your account. For example, a client with 40,000 kr with authorisation can apply for two loans of 20,000 kr. each.
